You would be hard-pressed to find a legitimate, accredited online RN program for non-nurses (there are several for RNs who want to further their education, but you need to be a practicing nurse first). Part of the problem is that so much of nursing depends on face-to-face, hands-on learning. It's one thing to know the proper technique for starting an IV, but quite another to actually do it on a real patient. Clinicals would be another problem. Chances are you would have to arrange for your own clinical experiences at local hospitals. It's likely that those hospitals would be unwilling to risk the liability of having a student without more substantial support from the school (like an on-site clinical instructor or preceptor). Moving around from place to place would make it even more difficult to arrange for placements, both for you and the school. Given that you are outside of the USA, this would only make things even more complicated, as rules guiding nursing practice can differ considerably from state to state, much less in another country. If you really want to be a registered nurse, you would probably need to commit to staying in one place for 2-3 years while you get a 2-year degree in nursing at a local community college or professional training school. If your goal is to practice stateside, I would suggest getting your degree in the US, as the approval process for foreign degrees can lead to lots of issues and delays in obtaining your final licensure.

I have seen Binau and Bineau in Quebec (which is French speaking), Germany (which shares a long border with France), and France. It looks and sounds French so he could be right. Without sounding like those cons who try to sell family crests and histories full of general info that could apply to anyone, a researcher would need more information.
    2 :
The earliest immigrants with this name have German birthplaces.
    3 :
According to ancestry.com, 67% immigrated from Liverpool, England & 33 % immigrated from Queenstown, Ireland, to USA. All of the family trees, tracing ancestors outside of the USA, had ancestors from various parts of Germany. Before WW I & WW II, many German people migrated to other countries and for self-preservation during those difficult times, claimed to be from that particular country. (French Toast was really German Toast, but during WW I & II, German anything was not looked upon kindly, so the names of many foods were changed.) And, you could very easily be of French descent; perhaps a Binau male married a French woman, after he migrated to France. I am 100% American, with ancestors from England, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, France, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, etc. My 8th great-grandfather was from Germany and his wife, my 8th great-grandmother was from Switzerland. They met in the Province of South Carolina (USA), in the late 1700''s. Hope this helps.

What is going on with the Florida judicial system of justice regarding the death of the 14 year old child

What is going on with the Florida judicial system of justice regarding the death of the 14 year old child?
The tape clearly show's guards beating and kicking a 14 year old black child in a Boot Camp" correctional setting" in Florida who is then dragged around the compound like a animal, while other guards and a nurse walk around watching this incident with approval. The child was being assaulted by several of the guards who slam him to the ground, kick him, punch him and bend his arms behind his back with such force, he is screaming in pain crying out for help. How can any person in such a care and control capacity be found innocent of causing the needless death after watching the film of this incident? I have not seen anything along these lines since I was stationed in Germany and visited the former Nazi concentration camp Dachau, where it show's actual footage of the camp confiscated from the Nazi SS during it's duration in a Movie Theater when you first enter, as it is a museum. The Nazi's were kicking and punching victim's, much the same way this 14 year old black child was assaulted!

It's called a trial. The system seems to be working pretty well. Now I'm sure the parents will now sue the gaurds in civil court-----which is also part of the system.
    2 :
Now, now, now.........We must let the judicial system take its course, all the time realizing it is not perfect just as in the case of O.J. Simpson. Sour grapes, huh? Payback is something isn't it?
    3 :
They should have been charged with assault. The boy did not die from his injuries, and that's why they were acquitted. He died of a previous undiagnosed condition. That's the law.
    4 :
They were found innocent by a jury. You don't know much about the rules of a Florida Boot Camp. Do you think it was taped by accident?
