No, you must pass English test and then get your course evaluated, mostly you have to take a couple of more coures here, then take NCLEX.

You cannot become a nurse online. Nursing involves hands on skills that must be leaned in person. You have to attend lectures, take part in skills labs and work in clinical settings to gain practical experience working with real patients.

Official information on all visas here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html
2 :
a) Live close to an army base and it's practically guaranteed that some soldier is on the lookout for a girlfriend. Get married and get sponsored for a greencard.... b) Currently they could only get a work visa as a nurse if they have at least the equivalent of a bachelors degree and some work experience. They also would have to pass a licencing exam (https://www.ncsbn.org/nclex.htm). There isn't any special visa for nurses any more. c) If they want to go to school to the US they need to be accepted by an US university or college and have the necessary funds available to pay for tuition. The school needs to be SEVIS SEVP approved so they can give the student an I-20. They have to do their research as far as tuition fees are concerned, read through here to get an idea: http://www.costhelper.com/cost/education/nursing-school.html, but generally it does cost a good chunk of money.

Immigration means somebody wants to move to the US permanently. Those folks move over with an immigrant visa. They are called lawful permanent residents (LPRs) and have a Green Card. Aside from the DV Lottery (which I won in), there are 3 basic ways to immigrate to the US: 1) By being the immediate relative of a US citizen. That's a spouse, a child, or a parent. Other relatives can eventually make it, but just to give you an idea, if a US citizen petitions for their 21-or-older sibling, the waiting time is currently 19 years for the Philippines and 16 years for Mexico. 2) By being an investor, able and willing to invest at least $1mio into a new US business. Another requirement is to create at least 10 new jobs. Note, in a rural area, this requirement is reduced to 50%, thus, if a simple millionaire wants to move where nobody else would want to even die, he'd be able to. 3) By having an advanced degree in a discipline in high demand. Think brain surgeon, nuclear physicist. Nurse won't cut it. The corporate sponsor has to file with the Department of Labor and get a labor certification. The job has to be advertised and no US citizen or resident has come forward to do that job, at a competitive rate. That means, you can't look for a surgeon and offer $10 per hour. For obvious reasons, this is the most difficult path.
